Road to woods

Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, NY 2012

While my friend was visiting me, we went to Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge area in Western New York. This place is within an hour distance from my home. There were lots of different waterfowls and wildlife there in this area. The name Iroquois was given by French people to the Native Americans in this Western New York area. We expected to see the rare American Bald Eagles but we couldn't. People in the visitor center told us that it is nesting season for Bald Eagles at this moment. No body were there in the woods and swamp area but tons of bees and mosquitos.
