This picture was taken when the tropical strom 'Irene' hit NYC.
I went to N.F. to cature creazy wind, but there was no rain and not much wind.
It was getting clear in the late afternoon.

I am documenting Niagara Falls through four seasons in my view point before leaving Buffalo someday.
Not many people will have a chance to look at the Falls in the middle of harsh winter.
I will miss this place when I leave.
